Job summary

PMO Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a global SAP S/4HANA transformation within a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will coordinate across business functions, IT, and implementation partners to keep planning, governance, testing, readiness, and deployment on schedule.

You will drive integrated project planning, RAID management, executive reporting, and cross-functional governance across commercial, operations, supply chain, finance, engineering, and IT teams

Qualifications

• Senior-level project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations.

• Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate data, business, and organizational readiness.
• Support cutover planning and deployment readiness.
• Integrate organizational change activities into the overall project plan.
• Ensure functional and technical workstreams remain aligned.
• Drive decisions and accountability across teams without direct authority.

About the Role

This individual will coordinate across business functions, Global IT, local subject-matter experts, and implementation partners to ensure planning, governance, testing, readiness, and deployment activities remain aligned and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution across multiple project workstreams

• Proven ability to influence decisions and hold teams accountable without direct authority
• Ability to manage complex projects within a highly matrixed global organization

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to one or more SAP modules is preferred, including:
• SD
• MM
• PP
• FI/CO
• EWMA
• APO, where applicable

Additional preferred experience includes:

• Global ERP implementations
• Testing leadership
• Cutover and deployment planning
• Organizational change management
• PMP, Prosci, Agile, or related certifications are beneficial but not required.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, collaborative, and calm under pressure. They should possess strong executive presence, political awareness, and the ability to work effectively across global teams. This individual must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, willing to challenge assumptions, and able to hold leaders accountable while maintaining a low-ego, team-focused approach.
