Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager/Client partner to lead complex SAP transformations for enterprise clients in the US. Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP consulting and enterprise project delivery.
• 5+ years managing SAP transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading at least two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and integration patterns with non-SAP systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Clean Core, Cloud ALM, and SAP Signavio/process mining.
• Experience as external consultant or client-facing advisor to enterprise clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary SAP Program Manager/ Client partner to lead complex, large-scale SAP transformation initiatives for our customers. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding C-level executives and enterprise IT leaders to define their SAP roadmap, modernize their landscape, and drive end-to-end digital transformation.

You will combine strategic consulting with rigorous program execution—overseeing the complete delivery lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA transformations while leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Clean Core principles, and emerging SAP innovations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advisory & Client Partnership

• Define SAP Strategy: Collaborate with client to define SAP transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Business Case Development: Build ROI-focused business cases and value realization frameworks for SAP S/4HANA
• Architecture Advisory: Evaluate client enterprise landscapes and recommend modern architecture patterns, including SAP BTP, side-by-side extensibility, and Clean Core strategies.

2. Program Delivery & Execution

• End-to-End Governance: Direct and govern enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs
• Resource & Financial Management: Manage resource (onshore/offshore), business key users and deliverables.

3. Technical & Architectural Oversight

• S/4HANA Delivery: Oversee functional and technical teams across core modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, Supply Chain)
• BTP & Innovation Integration: Manage BTP and other developments

4. Stakeholder & Change Management

• Organizational Change: Partner with business change management teams to ensure high user adoption, process standardization, and minimal business disruption.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 15+ years in SAP consulting and enterprise project delivery, with at least 5+ years managing SAP transformation programs.
• S/4HANA Track Record: Proven experience leading at least two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions (Greenfield/Brownfield).
• Technical Breadth: Deep knowledge of the broader SAP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public/Private), SAP BTP, and integration patterns with non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Modern Concepts: Functional understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, Cloud ALM, and SAP Signavio/process mining frameworks.
• Client Management: Experience operating as an external consultant or client-facing advisor to Enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP BTP certification.
• Strong background in cloud delivery models (RISE with SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
