Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4 HANA initiatives, upgrades, and support efforts with strong JIRA and agile delivery expertise. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM modules.

The position requires 3+ years of SAP project PM experience, a solid background in SAP projects, and a collaborative, data-driven leadership style. Hybrid work arrangement includes onsite four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects in an implementation, upgrade, or support environment in a project management capacity.
• Demonstrated expert-level, daily hands-on use of JIRA, including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL queries, dashboard creation, and integration with Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Program & Project Management across large-scale SAP S/4 I-ERP initiatives.
• Manage EPICS, Sub-Epics, and Features in JIRA; own boards and backlogs; configure workflows and dashboards.
• Oversee program governance, RAID logs, change management, status reporting, and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate Product Teams for scope, timelines, and release management; ensure successful cross-team delivery.
• Facilitate PI planning events and continuous improvement of project management practices.
