Job summary

Apptad Inc. seeks a Senior SAP Transformation Lead to orchestrate end-to-end transformation programs, aligning SAP capabilities with business strategy.

You will define roadmaps, standardize processes, and establish governance and executive reporting to drive value realization. The role requires CXO-level engagement, strong experience in data migration and digital architecture, and leadership across global delivery teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs aligned to business goals.
• Define transformation roadmap and drive process standardization.
• Establish governance, delivery frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Oversee program execution, milestones, risks, and SAP Activate/Agile.
• Advise CXOs, aligning SAP outcomes with business objectives.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration across business, IT, and partners.
• Oversee data migration, cutover planning, change readiness, benefits realization.
• Own program financials, SOWs, and vendor management.

Job description

JD:

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs aligned to business strategy and value realization goals.
• Define transformation roadmap, drive process standardization, and enable business change.
• Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Manage program execution, milestones, risks, dependencies, quality, and SAP Activate/Agile adherence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, aligning business objectives with SAP-enabled outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration across business, IT, delivery teams, and external partners.
• Provide strategic oversight of SAP solutions, integrations, enterprise architecture, and innovation initiatives.
• Champion adoption of SAP BTP, Embedded AI/Joule capabilities, and future-state digital transformation.
• Govern data migration, cutover planning, change management, business readiness, and benefit realization.
• Own program financials, SOWs, resource planning, vendor management, and delivery accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on enterprise transformation programs
• Proven track record in leading SAP end-to-end transformations
• Strong exposure to process transformation across core SAP modules
• Deep understanding of data migration, integration, and digital architecture
• Experience managing CXO-level stakeholder relationships
• Expertise in global delivery models and large-scale team leadership
