Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned PMO leader to guide complex SAP transformation programs. You will drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating across multiple workstreams to ensure delivery excellence.

In this role, you will operationalize program management frameworks using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI, while leveraging automation and GenAI capabilities to enhance visibility and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PMO function or program management workstream with governance, reporting, planning, communications, and stakeholder management.
• Establish and improve tools, governance processes, and reporting structures aligned with SAP delivery practices.
• Coordinate across delivery leadership, enablement teams, and workstreams to standardize templates and cadences.
• Manage and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, aligning scope, milestones, resources, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate phase gate readiness activities, track evidence, identify gaps, and drive owners to closure.
• Provide coaching and hands-on support to teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, offering recommendations and insights.
• Drive timely decision-making by presenting clear options and coordinating stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor integrated plans, dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and PMO artifacts for transparency.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; perform root-cause analysis and drive mitigation through governance channels.
• Support executive governance meetings with data analysis and actionable insights.
• Apply AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to modernize PMO operations and improve delivery.
• Monitor program metrics and performance indicators to inform improvements.

The Work:

• Lead a PMO function or program management workstream, ensuring effective execution of governance activities, reporting, planning, communications, and stakeholder management processes.

• Establish and continuously improve ways of working, tools, governance processes, and reporting structures tailored to the client's needs and aligned with SAP delivery leading practices and Accenture methodologies.

• Partner across delivery leadership, enablement teams, and workstreams to operationalize Accenture program management frameworks and toolsets, including Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, standardized templates, governance routines, and reporting cadences that enable consistent operational execution.

• Manage and coordinate program activities across multiple workstreams, helping ensure alignment on scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and overall program objectives .

• Coordinate phase gate and readiness activities across workstreams, validating progress against defined entry and exit criteria, tracking required evidence, identifying readiness gaps, and driving owners to closure ahead of key milestones and governance decisions.

• Lead your team with clear direction, coaching, and hands‑on support, removing obstacles, fostering accountability, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client and internal stakeholders within your area of responsibility, providing recommendations, communicating program insights, and supporting effective decision‑making.

• Drive timely decision‑making by synthesizing complex information, presenting clear options and recommendations, and coordinating stakeholders to achieve alignment and action.

• Develop, maintain , and monitor integrated plans, dashboards, status reports, action logs, risk registers, and other PMO artifacts that provide transparency into program performance and health.
