Job summary

Accenture is seeking a strong PMO leader to drive governance, planning, and delivery across SAP transformation programs in the Raleigh area. You will coordinate with multiple workstreams, establish standardized rituals, and ensure milestones are met with high-quality deliverables.

You will operationalize PMO frameworks, leverage Jira, Azure DevOps and Power BI, and coach teams to optimize progress, manage risks, and deliver strategic value for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with ability to structure complex SAP transformation programs.
• Ability to translate program objectives into actionable delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating phase gates, readiness criteria, and governance dialogs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PMO function or program management workstream with governance, reporting, planning and stakeholder management.
• Establish and improve ways of working, tools, governance processes, and reporting structures aligned with SAP delivery practices.
• Coordinate across delivery leadership and workstreams to operationalize PMO frameworks and toolsets (Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI).
• Manage and coordinate activities across workstreams, aligning scope, milestones, resources and risks.
• Coordinate phase gate and readiness activities, track evidence and close gaps ahead of milestones.
• Lead teams with direction, coaching and hands-on support to deliver high-quality artifacts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client and internal stakeholders, provide recommendations and actionable insights.
• Drive timely decision-making by presenting options and coordinating stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor integrated plans, dashboards, status reports and risk registers for transparency.
• Identify risks and dependencies, perform root-cause analysis and drive resolutions.
• Support executive governance meetings with data analysis and actionable insights.
• Apply AI, GenAI, automation to modernize PMO operations and governance.
• Monitor program metrics and performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations.
