Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions in North America seeks an experienced SAP Delivery Leader to drive SAP S/4HANA transformations for the energy industry. You will own program strategy, governance, budgets, executive relationships, and end-to-end delivery across global teams.

Responsibilities include leading large-scale programs, global rollouts, and ERP modernization while managing budgets and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP/IT experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Program/Delivery Leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and global rollouts.
• Strong executive stakeholder and financial governance.

• Lead $20M-$100M SAP transformation programs across multiple countries and business units.
• Drive S/4HANA transformation, global rollouts, ERP modernization, cloud migration, and manufacturing digitization.
• Lead and govern 150-500+ global team members across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Partner with CIO, CDO, business, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance leaders.
• Own program budget, margin, risks, governance, quality, resources, and delivery outcomes.
• Manage SAP partners, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP Delivery Leader/ Portfolio Leader/ to lead large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for a global Energy Technology organization. The role will own program strategy, governance, financials, executive relationships, and end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead $20M-$100M SAP transformation programs across multiple countries and business units.
• Drive S/4HANA transformation, global rollouts, ERP modernization, cloud migration, and manufacturing digitization.
• Lead and govern 150-500+ global team members across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations.
