Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for global clients. This executive role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across multi-country teams in a remote setup with travel.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in SAP program delivery, strong S/4HANA and ERP expertise, and credentials like PMP, MBA, and SAP certifications, with a proven track record in complex digital and cloud

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP program delivery, with S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven leadership of large, global ERP programs.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA, ECC, and enterprise processes.
• Experience managing high-value (multi-million+) programs.
• Expertise in SAP Activate & Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with Rise with SAP, SAP BTP, cloud transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid).
• Own program strategy, roadmap, governance, and execution.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, and delivery quality.
• Engage and advise C-level stakeholders (CIO, CFO, Execs).
• Drive program governance, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Oversee financials, contracts, and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Lead global cross-functional teams across delivery locations.
• Ensure business alignment and integration across SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Champion AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
