Role Overview

We leverage SAP technology to enable agile business transformation, focusing on strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, technology, and operational impacts. Your role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions, analyzing business models, and ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
• Drive process improvements and innovation.

Skills and Attributes

• Experience leading SAP PRA module implementations in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong client engagement and solution design skills.
• Expertise in SAP PRA functionalities, including division order, production accounting, and compliance.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 4-6 years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on PRA in the oil and gas industry.
• Successful project delivery in upstream oil & gas sector.
• Knowledge of revenue accounting, production reporting, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams.
