Skills and attributes for success

Strong experience in managing SAP PRA module implementations within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector, delivering successful projects within scope, time, and budget. Ability to collaborate with clients, analyze processes, and design effective solutions is essential. Expertise in SAP PRA functionalities, system configuration, testing, and user training is required. Maintaining client relationships and staying current with industry trends are also important.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP consulting experience focused on PRA within the IS-OIL industry solution.
• Proven success in project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Understanding of revenue accounting, production reporting, and industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (estimated at 60+%).

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with full cycle implementations.
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience in accounting.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
