Your key responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong experience in SAP PRA module implementations within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector, including project delivery, configuration, testing, and client guidance. Ability to manage and supervise teams, maintain client relationships, and stay current with industry trends is essential.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
• 4-6 years of SAP consulting experience focused on PRA in the IS-OIL industry.
• Proven project delivery success in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting, production reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations and leading cross-functional teams.
