Your key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives
• Drive process improvement and innovation

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience leading SAP PRA module implementations in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions
• Expertise in SAP PRA functionalities, including division order, production accounting, and compliance
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training
• Strong client relationship skills and project management experience

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 4-6 years of SAP consulting experience focusing on PRA in the Oil & Gas industry
• Proven project delivery success in upstream oil and gas
• Understanding of revenue processes, reporting, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (~60%)

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications in Financial Accounting or related modules
• Experience with multiple SAP implementations
• Additional industry-specific qualifications
