Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience leading SAP PRA module implementations, especially in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector
• Proven project delivery success within scope, time, and budget
• Strong client engagement skills and experience with system configuration, testing, and user training
• Ability to develop functional specifications and lead cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 60% based on client needs

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 4-6 years in SAP consulting, with focus on PRA in IS-OIL
• Successful project delivery experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience developing functional specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications in Financial Accounting or related modules
• Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations
• Additional SAP finance certificates and industry experience
