Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior SAP PP expert with 15+ years in end-to-end manufacturing processes to lead SAP engagements for manufacturing clients in the United States.

You will advise senior stakeholders, guide workshops, and drive SAP-enabled improvements across MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM and related modules. The role requires deep domain knowledge in production planning, scheduling, MRP and integration across supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP experience in PP and manufacturing processes.
• Leadership of full-lifecycle SAP implementations and global rollouts for manufacturing clients.
• Strong client-facing consulting capability with ability to advise senior stakeholders.
• Deep manufacturing domain capability: plant ops, planning, scheduling, shop-floor, quality, inventory and supply chain interdependencies.
• Translate manufacturing challenges and KPIs into SAP-enabled improvements (schedule adherence, throughput, capacity, inventory, yield, downtime).
• Hands-on expertise in demand management, MRP, production planning, capacity planning, production orders, confirmations, backflushing, goods movements and master data.
• Strong knowledge of discrete and repetitive manufacturing; PP-PI for process manufacturing desirable.
• Demonstrated integration across MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO, MES, procurement, logistics and finance.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Manufacturing: fit-to-standard design, Fiori, migration, testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Advanced Planning, Cloud ALM or Solution Manager, and ServiceNow desirable.
• Understanding of clean-core principles, SAP Activate, process standardisation, automation, embedded analytics and AI-enabled manufacturing improvement.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting, team leadership, problem-solving and commercial awareness.

Job description

• 15+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP PP and end-to-end manufacturing processes. Proven leadership of multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations, global rollouts, or S/4HANA transformation program for manufacturing clients.
• Strong client-facing consulting capability with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, present best practices, and influence transformation decisions.
• Deep manufacturing domain capability, with a strong understanding of plant operations, production planning, scheduling, shop-floor execution, quality, inventory, and supply chain interdependencies.
• Ability to translate manufacturing challenges and business KPIs—such as schedule adherence, throughput, capacity utilisation, inventory, yield, and downtime—into practical process and SAP-enabled improvements.
• Hands-on expertise in demand management, MRP, production planning, capacity planning, production orders, confirmations, backflushing, goods movements, and manufacturing master data.
• Strong knowledge of discrete and repetitive manufacturing; PP-PI experience for process manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Demonstrated integration expertise across MM, SD, QM, EWM/WM, PM, CO, MES/shop-floor systems, procurement, logistics, and finance.
