Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Manufacturing Manager within the Core Supply Chain capability to join the Technical Consulting team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes using SAP technology in manufacturing processes.

You will gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and design architecture solutions while managing project workstreams across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, PP module.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning to closure.
• Lead and design workshops in manufacturing, applying S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team, ensuring timely delivery and schedules.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Manufacturing expertise with solid business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones and communicating progress.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
