Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering tailored SAP solutions in a dynamic environment.

You will interact with business stakeholders, evaluate processes, and design system architectures while traveling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
