Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing Manager within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and design SAP-based solutions in manufacturing environments.

You will lead workstreams, manage offshore/onshore teams in a hybrid delivery model, and travel 40–60% to meet client needs while delivering high-quality SAP projects and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
Minimum 3 years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4 HANA, especially PP.
Proven track record leading teams to delivery within deadlines.
Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams in manufacturing.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Lead and design workshops in manufacturing, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members, ensuring timely delivery.
Exhibit strong SAP Manufacturing expertise with robust business acumen.
Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and communicating progress.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
