Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing Manager to join the Technology Analysis team, focusing on delivering complex SAP projects for manufacturing clients. You will lead workstreams, shape solutions, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP architecture.

The role requires 4–6 years in manufacturing and 3+ years in SAP ERP/S/4HANA PP, with travel 40–60%. A hybrid work model is offered in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• Proven track record of leading teams to delivery project deliverables within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing and solid business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, risks and progress with stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
