Job summary

ReCon Management Services seeks a technician in an in-plant role to configure and optimize SAP PM for maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, reporting and governance. The position supports supervision across disciplines including planning, controls, and operations, leveraging extensive project experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP PM configuration, workflow design, and KPI development, with the ability to train planners and craftsmen.

Qualifications

• Detailed working knowledge of Policies and Procedures related to project work.
• Experience applying standard techniques to project tasks and small modifications.

Responsibilities

• Review current SAP PM configuration.
• Design future-state maintenance workflows.
• Improve notification and work order quality standards.
• Implement planning and scheduling functionality.
• Establish priority coding and approval workflows.
• Improve work order close-out discipline.
• Configure backlog management reports.
• Improve integration between planners, supervisors and operations.
• Develop work management KPIs and dashboards.
• Train planners, schedulers, supervisors and craftsmen.
