Job summary
The Arkema Group is seeking a PM Coordinator at the Clear Lake site to develop, maintain, and optimize preventive maintenance programs within SAP CMMS. You will coordinate with Operations, Reliability, and SMEs to ensure work is executable, compliant, and reliable, driving continuous improvement in the maintenance process.
Responsibilities include managing PM plans in SAP, scheduling coordination with operations, and ensuring proper documentation and data integrity.
Qualifications
- > 5 years of experience with SAP or CMMS software
- > Experience in industrial maintenance planning and scheduling
- > Understanding of maintenance processes, asset management, and reliability principles
Responsibilities
- Identify major PM activities and allocate time by 10% increments
- Create, update, and maintain PM plans in SAP
- Plan and schedule PM activities aligning with operations
- Validate regulatory PM frequencies and due dates with SMEs
- Close PM work orders with complete documentation
- Track PM compliance and deferrals, and report to leadership
- Support PM rationalization and reliability improvement initiatives
- Assist with spare parts and inventory alignment to PM plan
