Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Specialist to support its SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition PM environment.

You will manage incidents, enhancements, configuration changes, and master data governance in a live production setting. The role requires ownership for PM/EAM in production, handling incident management, break-fix, and backlog prioritization while aligning with fit-to-standard constraints of SAP Public

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM functional experience, incl. at least one full implementation or major support cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/industrial/electrical field; SAP certification preferred.
• Proven experience with live production SAP environments; incident management & enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional contact for SAP PM/EAM issues raised by business users, triaging and resolving incidents within SLAs.
• Monitor core PM processes: notifications, work orders, scheduling, confirmations, completion and closure.
• Troubleshoot master data issues across locations, equipment, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans.
• Manage day-to-day configuration adjustments within Public Cloud SSCUI boundaries.
