Job summary

Acestack is seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Functional Consultant to lead solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities across SAP maintenance and asset management processes.

The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, maintenance planners, and technical teams to transform maintenance operations using SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience on SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
• Should have strong hands-on experience in following functional areas: Notification Management, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management.
• Integration points with MM, FICO, PP & QM & Third Party Software Integrations.
• Exposure to ASAP & Activate Methodology phases and deliverables.
• Good Understanding on LSMW/ LTMC / SAP Queries & Solution Manager.
• Minimum ABAP debugging skills.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities across SAP maintenance and asset management processes.

• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
• Collaborate with users during workshops, testing, training, and go-live support activities.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer programs.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Provide support as per defined SLAs.
• Create and update maintenance master data.
• Analyze and design solutions for incidents/enhancements.
• Create test scripts, user manuals, and configuration guides.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes, along with end-to-end implementation experience.
