Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure seeks an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM Specialist to join in a BAU support capacity in Houston, TX. You will own PM/EAM in a live SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environment, handling incidents, enhancements, master data, and end-user support.

Responsibilities include maintenance planning, cost tracking with FI/CO, spare parts coordination with MM, and driving fit-to-standard configurations using SSCUI/UI tools, while aligning with plant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM functional experience, including at least one full implementation or major support cycle.
• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred).
• SAP certification (preferred).
• Experience supporting a live production SAP environment (incident management, break-fix, enhancement backlog).
• Strong understanding of PM with 4HH/4HI and related processes; PM integration with FI/CO and MM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for SAP PM/EAM issues raised by business users.
• Monitor core PM processes: notification, work orders, scheduling, confirmations, and closure.
• Troubleshoot master data across locations, equipment, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans.
• Manage configuration adjustments within Public Cloud SSCUI boundaries.
• Support preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and strategy maintenance.
• Coordinate with FI/CO, MM for cost settlement and spare parts; assist in budget monitoring.
• Enable integration touchpoints with SuccessFactors, Fiori apps, and field tools.
• Deliver end-user training, job aids, and participate in CAB reviews.
