Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Information Management Analyst (SAP) for a 1-year assignment in Anchorage, AK. The role focuses on SAP PM, DMS and master data management, supporting North Slope assets and engineers in the Anchorage office.

You will develop analytical tools, validate P&IDs against master data, and guide end users on SAP workflows. SQL experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PM and DMS modules in a field operations setting.
• Knowledge of oilfield processes and documentation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with HSE Management systems and safety processes.
• Provide support and resolve change requests in SAP PM module.
• Partner with team to facilitate cross-system data changes.
• Guide end users on SAP functionality and workflows.
• Develop analytical tools to identify data quality issues across master maintenance data.
