Job summary

Fairweather is seeking an Information Analyst to support our Operations Information Management team with SAP PM data changes, master data governance, and documentation management for North Slope assets in Anchorage. You will collaborate with engineers and field crews to ensure data integrity and compliant workflows.

This role requires strong SAP PM experience, data analysis skills, and the ability to translate engineering drawings and processes into accurate maintenance data, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills with Microsoft products, SAP, and databases.
• Advanced knowledge of oilfield processes, equipment, and documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team with technical, operations, maintenance and regulatory personnel.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Support Health, Safety and Environmental management systems and participate in proactive safety processes.
• Provide support and resolve changes in the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
• Partner with team members to facilitate cross-system data changes.
• Provide SME guidance on SAP PM functionality and workflows to end users.
• Support documentation and data sheets for engineering and field personnel.
• Facilitate digital package reviews with field crafts and validate P&IDs against master data.
