Job summary

RWDY Inc in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Data Analyst III to join the Operations Information Management team. You will handle data change requests within SAP Plant Maintenance, Master Data, and Documentation Management modules and support North Slope assets and office engineers.

You will develop analytical tools to identify data gaps, validate master data, and guide end users while collaborating with Capital Projects, Supply Chain, Materials, and other teams to improve data flow and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills including Microsoft products, SAP, and databases.
• Advanced knowledge of oil field processes, equipment and documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team with technical, operations, maintenance and regulatory personnel.
• Analyzes issues and provides documentation/data guidance.
• Builds positive relationships across the organization to foster a strong work environment.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with HSE Management systems and participate in safety processes.
• Provide support and resolve change requests within the SAP PM module.
• Partner with team members to facilitate cross-system data changes.
• Provide SME understanding of SAP PM functionality to guide end users.
• Provide engineering support of process documentation and data sheets.
• Facilitate digital package reviews with field crafts.
• Review/validate P&IDs against master data for accuracy.
• Guide digital workflow conversions from paper-based processes.
• Evaluate historical data practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop analytical tools to identify incorrect/missing information across master maintenance data sets.
• Collaborate with Capital Projects, Supply Chain, Materials to ensure data flow is efficient.
