Job summary

Glacier Services, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst III / Information Analyst in Anchorage, AK to support maintenance and engineering data systems for North Slope operations. The role focuses on SAP PM expertise, master data integrity, and engineering documentation accuracy.

Ideal candidates will combine SAP PM proficiency with data governance and strong communication to collaborate with engineers, maintenance, and field teams, ensuring reliable data flow and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP PM and DMS modules.
Strong data governance and master data management background.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Support and resolve change requests within the SAP PM module.
Maintain and improve master maintenance data including equipment records and locations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate data changes across multiple systems.
Serve as SME on SAP PM functionality and maintenance workflows.
Review and validate engineering documentation, P&IDs, and equipment data for accuracy.
Support engineering teams with process documentation, datasheets, and technical records.
Facilitate digital package reviews with field operations and maintenance personnel.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, governance, and business processes.
Develop tools and processes to identify and correct data discrepancies across systems.
Collaborate with Capital Projects, Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Operations teams.
