Job summary

WGNSTAR is seeking a SAP Coordinator in Boise, ID to manage SAP PM data, create equipment records and maintenance plans, and support site expansions. This full-time role runs M-F 8:00am-4:30pm with a pay rate of $25+ per hour DOE and a full benefits package.

Candidates should have hands-on SAP PM data entry, experience with equipment records and functional locations, a keen eye for detail, and an Associate’s degree.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance data entry and navigation.
• Experience creating or maintaining equipment records, functional locations, and maintenance plans.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Ability to work from templates, examples, and written standards with minimal ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards.
• Populate equipment attributes, classifications, and reference data per FMS guidelines.
• Build preventive maintenance plans and maintenance items from approved task lists.
• Support bulk SAP PM data loads, site expansions, and new equipment installations.
• Perform data cleanup, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow FMS master data and change management procedures, flagging inconsistencies as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation to support audits, traceability, and quality reviews.
