Job summary

WGNSTAR, located in Boise, ID, is seeking a full-time SAP PM data entry specialist. The role focuses on creating and maintaining equipment records, functional locations, and maintenance plans within SAP PM, with attention to detail and adherence to templates and standards.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance data entry and navigation.
  • Experience creating or maintaining equipment records, functional locations, and maintenance plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Ability to work from templates, examples, and written standards with minimal ambiguity.
  • Associates Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards.
  • Populate equipment attributes, classifications, and reference data per FMS guidelines.
  • Build preventive maintenance plans and maintenance items from approved task lists.
  • Support bulk SAP PM data loads, site expansions, and new equipment installations.
  • Perform data cleanup, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow FMS master data and change management procedures, flagging inconsistencies as needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation to support audits, traceability, and quality reviews.

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $25+/hr DOE

Location: Boise, ID

Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards

Preferences:
  • Experience supporting facilities or manufacturing maintenance programs
  • Prior exposure to regulated environments (OSHA, EPA, PSM) is a plus
  • Experience working within formal data governance or Management of Change frameworks
Physical Effort/Activities:

On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
