Job summary

EY seeks a seasoned SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) professional to lead complex transformation initiatives across the enterprise. You will drive product data governance, engineering collaboration, and time-to-market improvements using SAP PLM and Windchill interfaces.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, guide workshops, and oversee cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP-enabled product lifecycle and manufacturing transformations.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA including PLM.
• Proven track record leading teams and meeting deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, implementation, and support of SAP PLM across the enterprise.
• Coordinate Windchill-SAP interface design and data mapping.
• Oversee delivery across discovery, design, configuration, development, testing and cutover.
• Manage teams, vendors, and delivery priorities to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end release and change-management workflows between Windchill and SAP.
