Job summary

EY seeks an accomplished SAP PLM professional to lead complex product lifecycle transformation initiatives. You will drive strategy, design, and implementation of SAP PLM solutions, interfacing PTC Windchill with SAP S/4HANA and collaborating with engineering, product development, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years delivering SAP-enabled PLM/engineering/manufacturing transformations.
• At least 3 years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA including PLM capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP PLM roadmap and translate business priorities into initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Design and govern PLM processes: master data, BOMs, documents, specs, engineering changes.
• Facilitate workshops to document current vs future-state processes and secure approvals.
• Lead Windchill–SAP S/4HANA interface design, data mapping, validation, and security.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, master data, integration, and security teams for end-to-end release workflows.
• Oversee testing strategy, defect management, data validation, cutover readiness, and production monitoring.
• Manage ECM processes (ECR/ECO) with change numbers, traceability, and approvals.
• Lead functional consultants and vendors; ensure delivery quality and team development.
• Maintain architecture standards, release governance, and clean-core principles.
