Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) professional to lead complex PLM transformation initiatives within Technology Consulting. You will drive product data governance, engineering collaboration, and time-to-market improvements using SAP PLM alongside Windchill interfaces and SAP S/4HANA.

You will advise senior stakeholders, assess current processes, and lead end-to-end design and implementation across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP-enabled PLM transformations in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and delivery of SAP PLM solutions across the enterprise, including Windchill–SAP interfaces.
• Own the SAP PLM roadmap and coordinate data, process, and integration initiatives.
• Manage delivery teams, vendors, and client relationships to achieve business goals.
• Oversee testing, data migration, cutover, and production readiness.
