About the Role

This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country. As part of our consulting team, you will interact with clients to evaluate their business models and processes, translating requirements into technical solutions. You will manage complex projects, lead teams, and ensure the successful delivery of SAP Asset Management implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage project processes and solutions.
• Coordinate with clients during planning, execution, and closure of projects.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and develop functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture solutions.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance/EAM.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of industry-specific finance and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, and SAP certifications.
• Background in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy industries.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules or third-party tools related to asset management.
