Role Overview

This position involves leveraging SAP technology to enhance client operations through our SAP service line capabilities, including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors. You will work on digital transformation projects, focusing on strategy, customer value, and operational impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, managing processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading planning, execution, and closure of workstreams.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Ensure high-quality client service, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Develop requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training activities.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
• Collaborate across various SAP modules and business areas to deploy solutions.

Skills & Attributes

Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, project management experience, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage client relationships and adapt to new technologies is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, SAP certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy sectors.
• Knowledge of additional SAP products and tools.
