Our consulting practice specializes in SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management, leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations. This role involves working with business stakeholders to evaluate and translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP Asset Management systems.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress, ensure alignment with objectives, and manage risks.
• Lead client sessions, from planning through execution and closure.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Deliver quality client services, manage stakeholder relationships, and support testing and training activities.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities and collaborate across workstreams to deploy SAP solutions.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, SAP certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, energy, or mining.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules or third-party tools related to asset management.
