Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of workstreams, manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Track project progress, ensure alignment with objectives, and manage risks.
• Engage with clients in planning, execution, and closure of projects.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities and collaborate across various SAP modules.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4-6 years of SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Attributes

• Client relationship management experience.
• Background in SAP implementation and consulting.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, SAP certifications, and industry-specific solutions.
