Job summary

CF Industries in Northbrook, IL seeks an IT Business Systems Analyst II focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance to support asset management, maintenance planning, scheduling and reporting across our maintenance and reliability function.

You will collaborate with business partners, IT peers and vendors to capture needs, define requirements, develop solutions, and deliver data visualizations to drive informed operations decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Maintenance, or related field.
• 3+ years of related professional experience preferred.
• Experience with change processes and change board participation is a plus.
• Developing knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance concepts and related enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP Plant Maintenance and related solutions through the systems life cycle.
• Capture and document business needs for Maintenance, Reliability, Turnaround, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders.
• Deliver functional and technical requirements to configuration, development, reporting, and integration teams.
• Support SAP PM processes including functional locations, equipment, notifications, work orders, PM, task lists, and reporting.
• Create insightful data visualizations and reporting to support maintenance and reliability decisions.
• Contribute to projects in collaboration with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Vendors.
• Ensure deliverables follow Project Management methodology and communicate status, risks, and issues.
