You will support reliability and maintenance teams, plan and schedule critical asset work, and ensure data integrity in CMMS while driving KPI improvements. The role requires coordination with operations, engineering, and supervision, adherence to safety rules, and availability for weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance planning preferred.
• Trained and competent in SAP and CMMS tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills are essential.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and champion precision maintenance techniques to meet tolerances.
• Develop and implement PM and job plans for critical equipment.
• Assist in maintenance process training and coaching for team members.
• Maintain CMMS records and KPI data; report status to leadership weekly.
• Support safety, GMP compliance, and food safety/quality policies.
