RTX is seeking an Analyst for SAP Personnel Security within the Security team to manage PARs, safekeep program badges, and maintain required security documentation. You will update databases, ensure regulatory compliance, and support government communications on security matters.

This role involves handling sensitive information, enforcing NISPOM and ICD 705 standards, and coordinating with government agencies.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705
• Experience in Customer Service
• Experience in data entry or database management
• Experience with Microsoft products
• Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management or related field
• 4+ years of National Security experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees related to personnel security questions and actions
• Administering security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG) in classified environments
• Support transmission of classified/proprietary material/information
• Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and Government inspections
• Investigate security infractions and prepare risk assessments
• Maintain personnel records and conduct data entry
• Role may require extended hours in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with Privacy Act and government regulations
