Job summary

Targeted Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral. You will perform day-to-day analysis and ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.

The role requires 5–7 years related experience, TS with SCI eligibility, and active security training certifications (SFPC/SPSC counts). Willingness for polygraph and readiness to brief personnel across government and contractor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or Associate’s degree + 2 years’ experience or equivalent (4 years)
• Top Secret with SCI Eligibility and current clearance
• Willingness to submit to Counterintelligence polygraph
• 5-7 years related experience
• SFPC counts towards 3 years, SPSC counts towards 5 years

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• Assist in developing and executing policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP
• Provide day-to-day security support including assessing procedures and recommending improvements
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and close-outs
• Monitor, report and track corrective actions from reviews
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into education program
