Job Description

We are seeking a Tech Lead specializing in OTC (Order-to-Cash) SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to lead our support and continuous maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OTC processes, leadership skills, and a strategic approach to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of SAP systems.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will have/be able to demonstrate:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology)
2. Language: English (Portuguese is a plus)
3. 3 – 5 years' experience as OTC SAP SD Tech Lead

Required Skills/Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP SD.
2. Proven experience in team leadership and resource management.
3. Experience in implementing global rollouts and complex OTC projects.
4. Experience with S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0.
5. Certification in SAP SD solutions (desirable).

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

1. Strong Communication Skills
2. Excellent Organization & Time Management Skills
3. General Data Analysis and Reporting: JIRA Dashboards, filters, as well as strong Excel knowledge is needed. Ability to create charts for trending, prioritization.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Experience with MS Project for creating project plans to bring visibility to dependencies, risks, and issues.
6. Experience with JIRA, Excel, MS PowerPoint
7. SAFe knowledge
8. General SAP working knowledge
