Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage B2B customer accounts from order receipt to delivery, using SAP or ERP systems. You will monitor demand, backorders, and delivery commitments while proactively communicating changes and risks to customers and internal teams.

The role requires an Associate degree or related experience with at least 1 year in customer service, order management, or logistics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 1 year of B2B customer service, order management, or logistics experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/order-management systems preferred; ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned B2B customer accounts from order receipt through delivery in SAP or ERP.
• Monitor demand, orders, backorders, and delivery commitments; communicate changes and risks.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, complaints, returns, credits, and debits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement to accuracy and responsiveness.
