Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a SAP MM Business Systems Analyst II to lead SAP MM/SCM initiatives. The role bridges business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and Hyundai HQ in Korea to ensure SAP MM processes align with global best practices.

You will drive requirements, enhancements, and continuous improvements across SAP/MM modules. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in SAP MM/SCM, PP, and SD, with strong analysis, communication, and global collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and design for SAP MM initiatives.
Support maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of SAP ERP SCM solutions.
Troubleshoot SAP MM production issues, incidents, and defects with timely resolution.
Perform fit-gap analyses and recommend scalable SAP standard solutions.
Develop functional specs and collaborate with technical teams through the lifecycle.
Coordinate and support SAP enhancements, projects, implementations, and upgrades.
Facilitate workshops and sessions to identify business needs and process improvements.
Support integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
Monitor SAP interfaces, data replication, and system performance.
