Job summary

SAP O2C Project Manager in Fremont, CA onsite. Owns end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise Order-to-Cash initiatives, focusing on schedule, budget, scope, and stakeholder management without deep technical configuration.

Responsibilities include governing project lifecycle from blueprinting to testing (UAT), cutover and hypercare, managing the detailed schedule, critical path, and resource forecasts, and overseeing external system integrators to meet SOW milestones and changes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of dedicated PM experience leading large ERP implementations.
• Solid understanding of the O2C workflow (Order Management, Billing, Cash Application).
• PMP or CSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Governs the entire project lifecycle from blueprinting through testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare using SAP Activate or Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
• Owns the detailed project schedule, critical path, resource allocations, and financial forecasting.
• Oversees external system integrators to ensure delivery against SOW milestones and manages change control.
• Drives cross-functional alignment between sales, logistics, and finance while maintaining RAID log.
