Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced SAP analyst to analyze complex SAP problems and develop solutions using available tools. You will create enhancement designs, document end-user processes, and deliver training as needed.

The role emphasizes aftermarket/MRO processes, strong business analysis, and reporting improvements. You will guide SAP usage to drive efficiencies and lead training for new releases, while resolving end-user issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
A minimum of 5+ years of SAP hands‑on experience in a focus area in the system.
Strong knowledge of Aftermarket / MRO processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex SAP business problems and develop solutions within SAP using available tools and technologies.
Create detailed enhancement designs based on end user specifications to present to SAP Functional Councils and IT as needed.
Develop and deliver SAP end user documentation, processes and training as needed by the SBU.
Provide consultation to users regarding processes and procedures to ensure business is getting efficiencies out of SAP.
Use strong business analysis skills to solve complex business problems using information technology and business intelligence software.
Encourage disciplined use of SAP systems and processes.
Assist in setting up new divisional objectives (e.g., new plants, organizational changes, new products).
Perform system regression testing for new releases or upgrades to SAP.
Assist in the development or enhancement of functional reporting capabilities in SAP.
Lead training for other SBUs coming into SAP on the new releases.
Resolve end user trouble tickets in a timely manner in compliance within SLA.
