Job summary

Danta Technologies is seeking an experienced MRO/ SAP ECC specialist to analyze and optimize end-to-end maintenance processes for projects based in the United States. You will gather requirements from maintenance, procurement, and operations teams, translate them into functional specs, and drive successful SAP implementations.

• Experience with end-to-end MRO business processes and SAP-based maintenance modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and process flows.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Hands-on SAP ECC implementation and support experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end MRO business processes including maintenance planning and spare parts management.
• Facilitate requirements gatherings with maintenance, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and process flows.
• Support change management, user training, and project documentation.
• Coordinate SAP ECC integration with 3rd party systems and manage RICEFW objects.
