Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced SAP analyst to analyze complex SAP problems and develop solutions using available tools. You will create enhancement designs, document end-user processes, and deliver training as needed.

The role emphasizes aftermarket/MRO processes, strong business analysis, and reporting improvements. You will guide SAP usage to drive efficiencies and lead training for new releases, while resolving end-user issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• A minimum of 5+ years of SAP hands‑on experience in a focus area in the system.
• Strong knowledge of Aftermarket / MRO processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex SAP business problems and develop solutions within SAP using available tools and technologies.
• Create detailed enhancement designs based on end user specifications to present to SAP Functional Councils and IT as needed.
• Develop and deliver SAP end user documentation, processes and training as needed by the SBU.
• Provide consultation to users regarding processes and procedures to ensure business is getting efficiencies out of SAP.
• Use strong business analysis skills to solve complex business problems using information technology and business intelligence software.
• Encourage disciplined use of SAP systems and processes.
• Assist in setting up new divisional objectives (e.g., new plants, organizational changes, new products).
• Perform system regression testing for new releases or upgrades to SAP.
• Assist in the development or enhancement of functional reporting capabilities in SAP.
• Lead training for other SBUs coming into SAP on the new releases.
• Resolve end user trouble tickets in a timely manner in compliance within SLA.
