Job summary

HCLTech is looking for a SAP MM Support Consultant to drive the SAP/MM module readiness, configuration and go-live activities for the IERP program. The role focuses on purchasing, scheduling agreements, MM processes, and cross-team coordination with SMEs and integration teams.

You will lead design validation, testing readiness, cutover preparation and post-launch stabilization while maintaining clear ownership and robust documentation. Remote work with global teams is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM Purchasing and Inventory Management.
• Good understanding of material master, goods movements, stock transfers and logistics processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes relevant to shipping and outbound execution.
• Understanding of integration between MM, PP, EWM, Finance and external supplier systems.
• Experience with SAP configuration, incident management, RCA and controlled production changes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder-communication skills.

Role/Responsibilities:

The STP - Purchase Materials / Scheduling Agreements role will support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for the IERP program. The role focuses on readiness, delivery execution, validation and go-live coordination so that the assigned module or technical component can launch with controlled risks and clear ownership.

Required skill set:

Material Management: Expertise in ERP implementation in SAP Material Management (MM) covering processes from Parts Requisitioning to ordering (with purchase orders or scheduling agreements), Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing and Supply Chain Collaboration and integrations with S/4 integration.

You will support SAP/System module launch activities across design validation, build/configuration coordination, test readiness, cutover preparation, go-live execution and early-life stabilization.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay Range Minimum: $122,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $180,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
