HCLTech is seeking a senior SAP Finance Lead to drive SAP FICO implementations and support, specializing in GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets. The role requires strong requirement gathering, functional design, and cross-functional collaboration.

This remote, full-time position emphasizes hands-on leadership in SAP landscape integrations, BRIM FICA, and adherence to Best Practices. Expect collaboration with global teams and guided growth within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Must be S/4HANA Finance certified and have 10+ years in SAP FICO implementations/support focusing on GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets.
• Experience in mapping requirements and designing functional specs.
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM FICA integration with SAP FICO is a plus.
• Experience with multiple SAP landscapes and customized environments.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with business users to collect requirements, map business requirements and processes, develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Identify gaps between as As-is and TO-be processes, issues, and work around solutions.
• Document functional designs and performs functional and integration test cases and results.
• Designs, develops, and conducts test plans for functional unit tests, regression tests and system integration tests.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Qualifications:

• Should S/4HANA Finance certified and must have 10 years of experience in implementation and/or support projects in SAP FICO mainly SAP GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay Range Minimum: $131,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $202,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
