Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks an experienced SAP MM Business Systems Analyst II to support and enhance SAP SCM solutions for Hyundai Motor Manufacturing. This role interfaces with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and Hyundai HQ in Korea to align MM processes with global best practices.

The candidate will analyze requirements, support ERP projects, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvements with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent.
7+ years of SAP MM/PP/SD configuration and support experience.
Experience in manufacturing environments and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and solution design for SAP MM initiatives.
Maintain, enhance, and optimize SAP ERP SCM solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot SAP MM production issues and incidents; resolve promptly.
Coordinate SAP enhancements, projects, system upgrades, and integrations.
Develop functional specs and collaborate with technical teams through the development lifecycle.
Support testing, UAT, and production deployments; ensure data integrity and performance.
